Refresca Leave-in

150 ml · Anti-breakage with heat protection

  • Protects before the dryer and the flat iron
  • Reduces breakage when detangling
  • Leaves a fresh feel on the scalp
  • With menthol and hydrolyzed silk
  • With a nucleotide complex
  • No rinsing needed
Details

Rinse-free spray with menthol, hydrolyzed silk, hydrolyzed keratin and a nucleotide complex. Since it is not rinsed out, it stays in the hair and goes with the styling between washes, unlike the conditioner and the mask, which leave with the water. It includes heat protection, so its moment is before the dryer or the flat iron. The menthol gives a cooling sensation on application. 150 ml format.

What is heat protection and at what temperature does hair get damaged?

The hair fiber starts to change from around 150 degrees, and near 230 keratin denatures irreversibly. Many flat irons go over 200 as standard. A heat protection product is applied before the heat and forms a layer between the source and the fiber, but the measure that protects most is still turning the temperature of the device down.

Leave-in or serum?

They do not compete, they go one after the other. The leave-in hydrates and protects, and goes on first. The serum works on the surface and takes care of the finish, so it goes on top and last.

Is it rinsed out?

No. It stays in the hair and that is why it goes with the styling between washes. Since it is not rinsed out, a small amount is enough: too much weighs the hair down.

Can I combine it with the rest of the range?

Yes, and the order matters. First what gets rinsed out: shampoo and then conditioner or mask, never both on the same day because they do the same job. Then what stays in: first the leave-in, which hydrates and protects from heat, and on top the serum, which seals and takes care of the finish. The vials work internally, so they do not interfere with anything you apply.

How long does it take to show?

It depends on what the product acts on, and it is worth separating the two. What works on the shaft, that is the visible part of the hair, shows from the first use, because the shaft is already formed tissue and what changes is its surface. What depends on the follicle goes at the pace of the hair cycle: hair grows on the order of a centimeter a month, so any change in new hair takes months to appear. That is why the vial routines are planned by seasons and not by weeks.

Can I mix it with products from other brands?

Yes. What is worth watching is not the brand, but not repeating two products with the same function: two conditioners, or a conditioner and a mask on the same day, overlap. If you already use several products with proteins, go slowly before adding one more.

Where can I buy it?

At the stores. This site does not sell: it is a catalog with the range and its information, and the purchase is made in the store, where there is also someone who can advise you. The Where to buy page has the list with addresses and opening hours.
